Simon Woodhead, Vineyard Director and Winemaker

Simon used to design automotive sensors at TAG McLaren F1, but now the only sensor he is concerned about is the Carbon Dioxide sensor measuring the fermentation rates. Simon studied Viticulture at Plumpton Agricultural College in East Sussex.

Tom Bartlett, Vineyard Manager and Assistant Winemaker

Tom used to be manager at Threshers wine shops, but is now studying on his third year in Viticulture at Plumpton Agricultural College learning how to make wine instead.

Kivlan O'Brien, Harvest Manager

Kivlan has always been a top gardener in Hampstead, but since he moved to Stopham and saw the vines, we haven't been able to keep him away at harvest or wine testing time.
