We planted our vineyard 12 years ago in the sandy south facing six hectare slope at Stopham, a beautiful village in West Sussex in the South Downs National Park. We planted white and sparkling grape varieties, with the aim of crafting inspired, lovely and sustainable wines in our state-of-the-art winery. You can order a minimum of 6 bottles, which can be mixed. Please allow a little extra time than usual for delivery (up to 5 days) due to the Corona-virus Pandemic. Free delivery on all orders.

Stopham Estate Pinot Gris 2018

If you like a little sweetness and texture in your wine, then our Pinot Gris may suit you. It is off-dry, with aromatic peach and pear fruit alongside the floral character on the nose. On the palate, this has excellent balance with crisp acidity. It is fairly full in body, with plenty of juicy fruit intensity, but is refreshing and long, with a lively citrus and stone fruit finish. Excellent with spicy dishes and roast pork.

Alcohol: 11.5%, Acidity: 7.5g/L, RS: 7g/L.

Stopham Estate Pinot Blanc 2018

Our Pinot Blanc is dry with pear and primrose on the nose and pink grapefruit, melon and sweet fennel on the palate. It has zippy acidity balanced by a touch of sweetness which lasts well into the lengthy finish. Excellent with smoked fish and goat's cheese.

Alcohol: 11.0%, Acidity: 7.0g/L, RS: 4g/L.

Stopham Estate Bacchus 2018

Our Bacchus is floral on the nose with orange peel and grapefruit on the palate . It has moderate acidity with a touch of sweetness making it easy to drink as an aperitif.

Alcohol: 11.0%, Acidity: 6.0g/L, RS: 5g/L.

Stopham Estate Sparkling 2014

Our Sparkling Wine spent 30 months on lees before disgorgement and has a lovely taste honeyed brioche with grapefruit and citrus fruits.

Alcohol: 12.5%, Acidity: 10.0g/L, RS: 12g/L. Excellent at parties and celebrations!
