For our first harvest in October 2010, we need to refurbish the old farm barn at Stopham. We hope to do this in the winter of 2009, before kitting it out with the wine production equipment (e.g. destemmer, grape press, fermentation tanks, cooling system, filters, pumps, barrels and bottling equipment).

This would have an initial 35,000 bottle capacity, rising to 70,000 over the subsequent 4 years (when a second field has been planted and comes into production).
